Absolutely wonderful daycare! They go above and beyond in caring for the children. Our child has been attending for four years, and we've had an incredibly positive experience throughout. Jaya and the entire team of teachers are warm, nurturing, and deeply committed to each child’s well-being and development. The environment is safe, welcoming, and filled with learning and fun. We feel truly lucky to have found such a caring and dedicated place for our little one.

We love Aster! Jaya and the caregivers are fantastic, they put in so much love and attention into each child. They’re great teachers and have taught our son many new words and songs. The other kids are also very friendly and sweet to one another. Our 1.5 year old loves going to daycare and we are very excited to have our 6 month old attend Aster next month. Every month is thoughtfully planned out with special activities and learning events. It is very evident that the Aster team loves what they do and our children. We are very lucky to have them care for our son and couldn’t have asked for a better team - we can’t thank them enough!
Aster is above and beyond the best! I could not think of a better place to send my children. I have experienced having children in their care for almost 3 years now. The staff is so kind, knowledgeable, emotionally supportive and friendly to all. We have never once had any issues. Our kids learn so much there - I am continually surprised at how much they absorb. They also have so much fun there - all the children are close friends and Aster really fosters positive relationship building and positive behavior learning. I feel confident that my kids are gaining knowledge and helpful life skills in a playful, free and truly supportive environment. Teacher turnover is low, and my children love all of the staff, especially the owner, Jaya. I would highly recommend Aster Family Fun Care!
I feel so honored to have both of my daughters at Aster Family Fun Care! Both my husband and I could not have asked for a better place! My oldest has been there since she was 13 weeks old and my youngest started at 16 weeks. I have seen them develop so skillfully. The learning materials and teaching styles are age appropriate. Without a single doubt, I plan to continue preschool there for both of them! Jaya and her staff are wonderful teachers and always keep parents in the loop throughout the day. On Mondays, they are both excited to go back to school!
We are beyond grateful that we found Jaya and the Aster daycare family 5 years ago. My oldest joined when she was 6 months, and my youngest joined at 9 months. Now, we are approaching my oldest’s final months at Aster preschool as she will be entering Kindergarten. She is already saying how much she is going to miss everyone.
Both of my girls have thrived since day one. Aster has been such a positive, patient, and supportive learning environment. All of the children are extremely close and have built wonderful relationships with one another, as well as with the amazing teachers. The communication is thorough and the parents stay well informed, daily. All of the teachers are warm, welcoming, friendly, and fun! You can tell how much they love all the Aster children. We could not have dreamt up a better early education program for our girls.
Our 3-year-old has been at Aster since she was six months old, and she loves it — she has formed a real bond with Jaya and the other teachers, and has made friends with a number of the other children. It’s great to see her develop these relationships! Weather permitting, the kids go outside every day before lunch and often finish the day outside as well (roughly April - November). There’s a fenced outdoor play area with swings, toys and a slide. If the weather is bad, they often finish the day with an indoor dance party to shake those sillies out! And Jaya is always organizing craft projects and themed activities (like “dinosaurs” or “community helpers”). The kids do circle time every morning, which is also an opportunity to learn some social/emotional coping skills — taking a deep breath, saying please and thank you, asking for space, taking turns and so on. It’s also incredibly helpful that lunch and snacks are provided for the younger kids. Really a special and wonderful part of our child’s life.
Aster was the first place I brought my son to when he was a newborn in 2020. Covid was still a real concern, I was just returning to work, and he was only a couple months old. Jaya was wonderful during that crazy time. I felt so safe and comforted knowing he was in her care - she was so communicative and kind. We moved shortly before his first birthday and had to find another provider, but I will always remember his time there fondly and know that even though he will never be able to describe it, the safety and learning he found there were foundational for him too. She set a high standard for his care, which helped me know what I was looking for in our new city and I will always be grateful!
Aster care is 2nd to none when it comes to early education. Starting from the owner to all of the teachers who are so caring and compassionate towards our kids. They have helped our oldest prepare for kindergarten and soon our next one will be doing the same.
